Article Stuck in TR-ZONE while doing mvt type 322 / 321

Warehouse user did a transfer from unrestricted to quality inspection stock using mvt type 322 and confirmed the same. Later the manager tells him to return it back since it no longer required in quality inspection stock. The user cancellation manually , after completion according to him the article was still in quality inspection. Then the user did the 322 Mvt type again and then cancelled many times. Finally he got stuck and called me.

Now the article is stuck in TR-ZONE in negative.See attachment - LS24 TR-Zone.

I am not able to solve it since there is no pending PCN

Need your expert opinions ASAP.

Hi Joseph ,

Cross check for open posting change in LU04, if so create transfer orders for open / partially processed posting changes .

Try it and let me know incase .

Thanks for the reply Jinoy, as i mentioned earlier in my query, there are no open PCN in LU04.

Dear Joseph ,

You can analyses posting change made for those 2 units to conclude on root cause . As an immediate solution  i  think you might have to perform LT10 from bin with positive quant having 2 units to negative quant in 922 .

You need to identify correct bin and perform same , let me know incase of any further querys.
