need to make defualt value from dropdown in portal expenses management

Hi Experts,

   I am new to portal and I had got a issue making a default value in the drop down for some specific user group from the ecc system. For this i have researched and found out about the transaction variants and screen variants and some customized transaction codes. So can you help me making some customized t-codes and attach those codes to portal so that only specific group of user will have the default value from the drop down.

For example by default Schema should be filled with "Test schema" for employee group and

"Domestic Trip" should be by default filled for user group Manager.

And it should be changeable in run time as users requirement.
