Make a field Tester and Developer changeable in Web UI

Hello,

I want to make it possible to reenter another person in the field developer and tester in the SMHF. But after entering it the first time and saving it is not changeable anymore.

I suppose it is because the number of allowed field entries is one. How can I cahnage it to more than one?

Please go to spro tcode search for 'Patner determination procedure' find procedure which is assigned to used transaction type and mark "changeable" filed:
