User not able to see the dropdown list values

Hi Gurus,

We are facing a strange problem with the interactive Adobe form.

We have a mendatory field with the drop down list in the form. It is working fine on my machine.

But, User is not able to see the dropdown list. Even the red circle is not coming over this field(Mandatory field).

I tried runnig the same application in Explorer  6.0 asuming the IE problem. But, for me it works fine in IE 6.0.

Requesting your suggestions on the same.

Hi Mukesh,

Please check whether your form is ZCI compliant or not.

I am not sure but sometimes these types of issues persists if the form is not ZCI compliant.

For checking this simply go to the adobe form and in the properties check the layout.

If it is not ZCI compliant change it via going to utilities------>insert webdynpro script.
