Visual intelligence Issue

Dear Experts,

                                When I try to open the visual intelligence, I get a message stating that the machine doesn’t have enough memory. Please let me know what can be done.

Hi Rajesh,

The prerequisites for Visi are the following:

-Operating systems: Windows 7 64-bit; Windows Server 2008/x64 bit

-Memory: 4 GB

-Disk space: 20 GB

Are you matching these?

As well pleas try it again with all other applications closed to see if you get the same error.
