Messages getting stuck in queue

Hello experts,

Out of 3 messages that come to XI for processing, 2 get stuck in queues. The status of these queues is system failure and error message is: "Function module "ENQUEUE_E_SXMSPFADDRESS" not found". However, on unlocking the queues manually, messages get processed. What can be the problem with message processing that they keep getting stuck in queues ?

Hi Monika,

1. Check whether you are able to find the Function module in SE37.

2. Check the Function module is not modified or changed.

3. check SM12, if any entries found.

Checked in SE37, no such function module exists.

Also, there are no entries in SM12.

Hi Monika, it is standard program. How come that is missing in system?

Please check the schedular and register the queue one more time (SMQR).
