ROS Registration URL not Working - SRM-ROS

Hi Experts,

We have Configured the Supplier self Regsitration (SRM-ROS).

When we are trying to run ros_self_reg then we are facing the error - " HTTP 500 Internal Server error"

Kindly provide your Response about the Above mentioned query.
