Issue in Inspection lot (URGENT)

Hello,

                      Kindly solve this URGENT Query, for a Quality inspection activated material , GR was done wrongly on 25/09/2012. Inspection lot has been cleared 321 mvt done and stock moved to Unrestricted usage. Now , through a Z- Tcode i have reversed the inspection lot and 322 mvt done on 08/10/2012 and material is Quality inspection stock. for reversing the MIGO document no in MBST , while reversing , i am receiving an error message

Deficit of SL St.in QI prev. 100 EA : " Material" "Plant" " SLOC"

But stock of 100 Ea is avilable in QI stock. The status of reversed inspection lot is as follows

UD   Usage decision has been made

PASG Plan/specification assigned

CCTD Insp. characteristics created

CALC Sample calculated

STIC Short-term insp. completed

ICCO All inspections completed

SPRQ Quantity posting required

QLUP Quality level updated

STUP Statistics updated

Hi J.Balakrishnan,

1. Deficit is because the UD reversal happened today (example) and document creation date is in past, so when you are trying to cancel MBST it is not happening.

If you have technical help, ask to add to change the document date and posting for the Z program if possible now, so you can repost and reverse UD stock.

Or else try to cancel the GR with today's date with new material document (through transaction MIGO and with reversal movement type like 102).

Check if it helps, if it is a production order then GR is already done, then if you can cancel the production order GR and repost the GR so that new lot gets created to execute, similarly you can check for purchase order GR.

Or for this issue you can directly post to unrestricted stock without moving it to quality again.

2.Check the storage location mentioned properly while reversing material document.

Test it in testing server and check possibility and then try.

                   GR is reversing when posting date is present date. Thanks for your valuable answer. i am closing the thread

Hi,

Is because you don't have the stock on dated 25/09/2012 for reversal material doc.

It is depends on the Posting date on which you reverse the doc.

If you reverse on date 08/10/2012, system can do reversal of 101

If you reverse on date 25/09/2012 , system can't allow stock reversal & will show error.

In Z Programme you apply proper logic that System reverse on date that your posting date. so that it will solve your problem.
