Sending service contract information from ECC to MDM Catalog (7.1) with SRM 7.0.1 and ECC EHP 3

Hi Folks!

We have a requirement to send service contract information from ECC to MDM Catalog (7.1). 

But we are facing issue in transferring hierarchy information from ECC to MDM.

(The individual line items are not transferred to MDM and only the outline is displayed).

Is there any solution for this without upgrading the ECC to EHP5? Any help would be much appreciated.

What transaction are you using, MECCM?

IS PI configured in the landscape and are you able to see the iDOC?
