Hi experts,
We have a SAP system (ECC 5) that uses SQL server on windows 32 bit.
We want to migrate system to 64 bit.
What procedure do we have to follow?
Do we have to do Homogeneous or Heterogeneous system copy?

I went through this exact project a few years ago. A homogeneous system migration is fine between MSSQL versions. Note 960769 - Windows: Migration from 32-bit to 64-bit (x86_64)
