EDI autorization (BD87 and WE02)

Hi,

My customer want to have the possibility to give autorisation for BD87 and WE02 transaction

but on segment E1EDK14 and field ORGID

Reason is that they have 3 sales organisations and they want authorization for each sales organisation to only process there own orders.

Hope some one can help.

Check out OSS note: 1269516

It uses authorization object

AUTHORITY_OBJ_EDI_MONITOR

to control message type and partner, etc.

Partner should be the field to control by sales organisation.

Hi Debby,

I am sure it can be done.

Please contact your Basis administrator and you will be present when he will provide the authorization in PFCG for the users.

As Sales Org is a different value field of the object id in PFCG.

So just tell the issue to your Basis,It will be done.
