Technical Monitoring: missing metrics

Hello!

We are using Solution Manager 7.1 SPS6 with Wily Introscope 8.

We uploaded the latest monitoring content and assigned to the several systems.

After the assignment we detect that some vital metrics like "Frontend Response Time" for Java stack are grey within Technical Monitoring.

Because these metrics are coming from Wily Introscope we login into Wily Introscope Webview we detect that these nodes are missing, see the picture above.

How can we make these nodes available within Wily Introscope Webview?

Hi ,

Please make sure that Managed system config for the particular system is done correctly .

Try to re execute the step Configure Automatically (Introscope Adapter, Byte code installation ).

Make sure that extractors are running fine for system . Re-apply the template once in technical monitoring configuration . s

I will update my Wily Introscope version to 9.

Hello!

I have updated the Wily Introscope to version 9, re-executed the By Code Installation and technical monitoring, but still miss the data for Java stack within Technical Monitoring and Wily Introscope workstation.
