Diagnostics Agent Support Tool

I am reading the Outside Discovery manual to troubleshoot an issue and have found that I need to go to the Diagnostics Agent Support Tool.  I have no idea how to get there.  Navigating the Solman maze is common omission in many of the SAP wiki's/manuals regarding Solman.

Run solman_workcenter and go to Solution manager adminstration:

1. Select a system.
2. Choose Diagnostics Agents.
3. On the Status tab page, choose Agent Admin

You are sending me to the Agent Admin.  I am wanting to go to the Diagnostics Agent Support Tool.  Looking at the  screen shot in the Outside Discovery User Guide/Troubleshooting manual, the options are totally different.

Hello,

To get to the Diagnostics Agent tool, you must first enter the Agent Admin as outlined above by SAP Fan. Once in the Agent Admin tool, select the last tab 'Advanced Settings' and you will see a link near the top right of the Advanced Tools area for ' Diagnostics Agent Support Tool'.

This is simply a URL so you could go there directly as well by using the following (with your server information added of course):

https://xxxxxxxx:yyyy/webdynpro/dispatcher/sap.com/tc~smd~server~agent~admin/Support
