Spend Performance Management 2.1 -- Cannot save

Hi Experts,

I have installed SPM 2.1 in Portal NW EHP1. The issue I am facing is when I access to SPM--> Data Management --> Global Settings  There is a clock (like Loading) that never ends and when I try to save anything there nothing happened.

The strange thing is that a can move with the mouse trhu the tabs and also clic on every botton and combox box even with the clock loading but not able to save.

Any clue?

This issue is related to not having proper authorization.  Make sure you have all proper roles assigned to you in the SPM installation document as a developer.  Hope this helps.
