Unable to delete SC from SC monitor

Hi experts,

Unable to delete the shopping carts from the shopping cart monitor(application monitor) in the portal. However I am able to complete the SC through RZ20 in GUI. While trying to delete the line from monitor, it shows below warning message and not allowing to delete it,

W:bbp_admin:134 Error deleting alert: 20120926 095934

why it is giving above error and how to over come and delete the cart. we are using SRM7.0.

Hello Raaam,

Please apply note # 1599419 - Delete Shopping Cart does not work from Application Monitor

Along with that please make sure the person who is deleting the shopping cart in monitor have personalization BBP_WFL_SECURITY set to Low or higher. Not None.

Hi Ritesh,

Thanks for ur response!

The note 1599419 is applied and the personalization BBP_WFL_SECURITY is set as LOW already. I think that note is for the SC which is in AWAITING APPROVAL case only. But my concenr is, not able to delete any error cart from application monitor by admin.

Anything else has to be changed???
