Plug-in X CUA

Hi experts,


Im trying to customize my workflows for user provisioning, but I use CUA on Solution Manager and I've configured everything in 'Maintain CUA Settings', but It is not working.

Do I need to install de GRC Plug-In in Solution Manager (CUA)?

Hi Nana,

Kindly check that you have completed CUA as mentioned in the sap note-1616121.

Hi Nandita,

I've checked this sap note before. And it is ok.

The point is that I dont know If I need to install the grc plugin on CUA(Solution Manager)  as I did for the all target clients.

Hi Eliane,

It all depends what kind of customization you have done for CUA. If your direct provisioning is on your Child System, then Plugin should be installed on Child it self.

If your provisioning is on Parent system and then Sync/Async jobs creates the users at Child system, then your direct provisioing is on parent system and you need to have Plugin installed on your parent system.
