Unlock the user PIAFUSER in su01 t-code. Then restart the queue (lock and unlock the queue).

Hi Bhaskar,
check why the lock persisting in SM12 might be because of long processing message or due to some logic in mapping logic implemented in that particular interface.
for time being you can delete the lock in SM12 and simultaneously you can analyze the issue to avoid this issue in future.

First check the cause of the issue.
You can unlock the users by going to SM12 transaction and can delete the lock.
