Publishing Webservice in Service Registry

Hello Experts,

We have a scenario Third Party Webservice <=> ECC Proxy Synchronous.

Is it required to Publish the Integrated configuration Object in Services Registry(SR) in order to send the data in wsdl file or what will be the steps to send data through third party webservice tool like stylus studio ?

Thanks in advance.

Regards,

Santanu

Hi Santanu,

You can also generate WSDL file and share it with 3rd party apart from publishing webservice in Service Registry. You can follow below blog to know about publishing in SR and also the comment by Raja in comments part on the difference between sharing wsdl and publishing in SR.

Hi Santanu,

It's not a requirement to publish it in the Service Registry before you can use it. Do you just want to test it throught Sylus Studio? If so, you can just use the 'Display WSDL' option. You can get the WSDL URL from there or save the WSDL somewhere locally on your PC & use it in Stylus Studio.
