No Actions in Worklist - Authorization

Hi All,

We already configured authorization based on status. it works But by mistake if user who is not authorised to perform the activity tries to appove or reject than he gets error message. But When you click on Actions  There are no actions in the worklist .  and the authorized User cannot approve as NO actions in the worklist.

Is there any way were i can check the authorization by way of custom coding and raise error message.

hi,

try set status only by the actions which based on the condition,

means by setting the status profile as same as for charm scenario.

Can you please explore more as i want user not to approve therequest by mistake.

There are no actions in the worklist .  and the authorized User cannot approve as NO actions in the worklist.

Hi All,

please let me know any function module or code to get the next status of charm request ( i.e  CR OR Urgent correction) which i can use in BADI - Before save.

OR the Status which user is approving so that i can check in BADI whether he is authroized for that Status.
