Incompleteness check in Delivery for Comm. Code

Hi experts,

I am a bit confused with the system response and wanted to find out whats going on.

This is about incompleteness check in delivery item.

I have commodity code field in incompleteness procedure for delivery item TAN. Then I have commodity code field in Foreign trade incompleteness procedure. When I create a delivery for domestic customer without comm code it does not appear in incompletion procedure. But when I so it for export customer it appears in incompletion procedure.

Does the standard incompletion procedure not work ? So I added inco2 field to delivery item and it appears in incompletion for domestic as well as export.

So why is the commodity code field not appearing in incompletion procedure for domestic customer ?

Any insight into this is highly appreciated !
