Check for existing databse user SAPBP1DB

HI SDN Colleagues,

We are currently performing JAVA Addin for BW ABAP NW04.

Now the installation is hanging at the phase " Check for existing

databse user SAPBP1DB".

We have specifed all the software DVDs and login credentials.

Now it is check for the new DB user SAPBP1DB .

The check is happening for quiet a long time and is logging no errors.

JAVA_HOME and SHLIB_PATH is set. We are using installation DVDs like

51033746_3,51030724_2,51030724_5 for installation of JAVA Addin.

Note : From Database side we have checked that the dba_user -> SAPBP1DB is

not yet created.

Please guide.

I cannot attch any logs here .Either the file size is too big of the file content tyope is not allowed.
