Error during loading of MA extensions

All,

I am facing an error while uploading an extension of type BIG TEXT.

# Your changes cannot be saved because doing so would exceed the allowable database row length (51

Does anyone know what this means?

Hi Vikram,

how many extensions did you create in the tool ? Make sure to only use BIG TEXT when it is really needed, since it takes up a lot of space.

Which DB are you using ?If you are using ORACLE, you can change a system property which would allow you to extend the row length. NOTE: This property must not be used when you are using DB2

Thank you Armin. We have DB2 database and I guess the only way to achieve this is to provide the table name and field name to the DBA team and request them to increase the field length?
