Hi,

1. We have a Client Requirement to export SPM Report / Dashboard to Microsoft PPT. As a standard Functionality, SPM offers export to PDF, Excel. How can we do "export to PPT" Enhancement?

2. Also, how can we add Widgets Functioanlity in SPM. The Clients wants to see certain KPIs, on his Desktop automatically appearing and getting update, without opening browser / without logging on to SPM.

Regards

Pankaj

Hi Pankaj

If I understood it correctly, there are two requirements, export to ppt and widgetization.

Not sure if you have looked at this resource: http://scn.sap.com/docs/DOC-4257

Its about connecting BOE to SPM.

Back to your questions:

1. Export to PPT: SPM's offline briefing book (BB) is meant to be a dynamic presentation tool bettern than a static slide. But if you specifically are looking for slide support then you might want to consider the BOE integration and then various BOBJ tools as a means of hooking up SPM backend to MSFT tools.

2. Widgetization: Again the answer would be the same as above. If you build some cool reports inside of SPM, then the best way to expose those them would be the offline BB.  And if that doesnt work for yout then, just like the previous point use the BOE connection.

Additionally for moibility check the following resource:
