Texts not visible in Web application created using ITS

Hi ,

My project has an application which will display the Report created in SAP GUI as a web application via ITS.

The Report has a tree application and the texts of the tree are not visible in the report output.

The texts are filled up from a custom table and populated on the screen. In SAP GUI it is working perfectly but in web the texts are not seen.

I am using the following version of SAP

EHP2 FOR SAP CRM 7.0

Kindly help me in this as I do not have any idea on how ITS works.

Hello Prasanth,

Does the text labels of other transactions with trees work?  I would do a note search on tree in component BC-FES-ITS or BC-FES-WGU.  If the resolution is not found then open a support message with steps, screenshots, and HTTP Watch trace.
