SRM 7 Create Shopping Cart Screen

Hi,

I am looking for advice as my client would like to have a condensed view of the item overview in the webdyn pro component /SAPSRM/WDC_UI_SC_DOFC_HD. Currently when the user goes to create a shopping cart the template displays all the columns and the user needs to scroll to the right. In the SRM version 5 this would scroll down. This can be customized by the user in the settings options but this does not default the next time the user logs in. How can this be customized to fit the view into the monitor window?

Hi Andrew,

There are various Shopping cart creation, Through Employee Self Service and through Regular Shopping cart creation (i.e. Operation Procurement) in which you can have Shop on behalf of functionality in SC.

Based on your explanation you are using Operation procurement role for SC creation i.e. your first screen looks something like below;

Please try to assign Employee Self service which is simple and general webdynpro to create shopping cart without much scrolling.
