Two Sided printing from SAP on local printer

Hi All,

We currently having issue with user.User is unable to print on both sides of paper.

We have changed the attributes for that output device to DUPLEX but still user is facing the issue.

Please suggest ASAP.

What type of document is being printed? pdf for example?

What is the printer make and model?

Is it only a particular user and working for other users?
