if i made a PR commitment is booked
is there any like if delete the PR the commitment will reduce or it will still hold the amount

Yes, you must delete the PR,You may delete the commitment via program ZKAOIDE0 (see SAP note 334851 for coding). Then execute RKANBU01 and RKACOR04.

you need to delete line item of that PR for revoke commitment.

The PR commitment will reduce once you delete the PR.
The best thing for you here would be try it out yourself and see what happens.
