Hi Neni,
Please run t-code SM_WORKCENTER which will open up the URL based work center screen.. From here you will know whether if the hostnames in your machine is resolved or not..
Try replacing the hostname with the ip addess and try if you are getting anything or add the hostname in your host files as suggested by Jansi..

make sure you set the icm/host_full_name as full host name,
you can also check your local desktop, etc/host file has the solution manager host name maintained
