Personalisation Icon Issue

Personalisation icon is not present or visible in any Report or Query Definitions unless and until a query definition is added to a Query Group. Is there any option or workaround to activate the Personalisation icon in Report or Query Definition framework?

Hi Harish,

not every query can be personalized, there are certain settings which need to be set within the query definition itself.

By personalization, do you mean, Drag n Drop of different coloumns and adding results columns that aren't in the original list or are you refering the actual ability to save a search as your personalized search?

Hi Armin,

By Personalization we mean adding or removing results column. The results column are actually being added in the results field section of the query definition. But when we are adding the particular query definition in a report we are not able to personalize the results field. Could you please let us know what are the settings that need to be set for the personalization icon to appear.
