Hi

When running Self Diagnosis on my Solution Manager system I get an error in the Root Cause Analysis functionality.

Error:

MESSAGE

Cannot call Java Remote Function using WEBADMIN Destination

ALERT NAME

Diagnostics Local Connectivity

SUBALERT NAME

ABAP to Java Connectivity (ABAP Check)

ACTION

Please execute Solution Manager Setup activity: Basic Configuration / User Data & Connectivity / Solution Manager Internal Connectivity / Creates RFC connectivity (WEBADMIN).

CONTEXT

SYSTEM : SOLMAN

The proposed action is not resolving the problem. Execution is succesfull of that task is succesfull, also when repeating. Check of RFC WEBADMIN and SOLMANDIAG is succesfull. Have also checked, and restarted WEBADMIN RFC listener in VA, JCo RFC Provider.

Also ensured to specify sapgw in both RFC's, and delete and recreate RFC.

System configuration and Basic Configuration is succesfull.

I'm running SolMan 7.1 SP4, and LM-Service is newest patchlevel (5).

Any ideas would be appreciated.

hi,

please check the Jco RFC named as WEBADMIN in java side too...

might be you have issue over there, and also make sure the user who is running solman_Setup has enough autorisation?
