Cross Selling - Sales Order created with reference from Quote

If I create a sales order with reference to a Quotation where I applied cross selling items, when on the selection screen the cross selling items are grayed out and I cannot uncheck them or change the quantity.  Is there a way on config to change this?

Hi Vicky,

Please ,Put what you have done( settings of Copying Control and Sales Docuemt Type and Item Category  ) before getting this "Cross Selling Items" was "Grayedout".

Dear

go to VA01 click on "create with reference",enter quotation number then

click on the "copy" button when creating sales order with reference quotation. 

its still getting the error please revert.
