Hi Srinivas,

Please go through the below link.

It might be useful understanding the User Administration.

Hi Srinivas,

External users normally are supplier users and power users normally from customer side(My assuming SNC is implemented by customer).

Difference we can say (other then supplier user and customer user):

A power user  is assigned to the business partner (Customer who has implemented SNC)  and Power user can assigned below users:

  • Own users (that is, users of the business partner to which the power administrator is assigned)
  • Users of other business partners

Whereas External user can only assigned users to his/her organization.

HI Srinivas,

Practically, the Internal and external assignment does not drive any functionality.  Its a means of differentiation only is my understanding.  The roles assigned to the SAP ID play an important role  specially the  Super role would have additional auth to mange Alert Administration, User data management etc.

Hope this helps.

Thx
