Extended Diagnostics Setup

Hello All,

I have to setup extended diagnostics for a customer. Can anyone provide pointers/documents as to how to go about it?

I have read the note 1280961 but it only gives the download location and not the setup procedure.

I have done RTV version configuration earlier but I am new to the CA version.

Please help!!!

Hello Michael,

Thanks for your respone. I checked the note and contacted the POC mentioned, got some pointers to unlock.

But I was looking for someone who has done this before to have a step to step kind of guide. also, is there any specific customizing that we need to do for setting up dashboards?

Hi Rahul,

i m nt sure you may get step by step guide, it is the licensed product too.

Better follow inst guide path stated in the note,try out!! also refer the note Note 1280961 - SAP Extended Diagnostics by CA Wily
