Regarding partner profile creation(File to Idoc)

Hi,

I am testing my file to Idoc scenario.

When I posted the file to R/3 server, I see the idoc with status 56. And the error message is partner profile not added.

Now I am trying to create partner profile.

Sender system: BS_BALAJI ( LS: LS_BALAJI)

Receiver System: EC3_400 (LS: ID3CLNT400)

when I am creating distribution model using bd64, what should I specify in the sender & receiver?

Sender LS_BALAJI or logical name of XI server?

And receiver is EC3_400??

And when I generate partner profile, what is the partner system?

Do I need to create partner profile in R/3 or in XI ?

Hi Balaji,

Only in R/3 coz R/3 is sending or receiving to/frm XI...

You shud specify the logical name of the sender and receiver osystems while creating distribution model
