Webgui - Message: 'its' is undefined

We have our portal recently upgrade to 7.02 on a Java system only.

We have a iview/page that configured to connect to our backend ABAP system that been there all this while and working.

The ITS, webgui had been activation and working previously. I have reactivated them again.

However during a preview, we still get a the following error:

Message: 'its' is undefined

Line: 1

Char: 1

Code: 0

Additional we have also extract the ITS.SAR file into the exe directory.

We also did a test on the webgui at SICF on the backend system. We also get the same error at the IE or Firefox broswer.

Anything that is missing here on why the webgui does not work anymore?

I check the workprocess log file and found the following that match the time that I executed it.

Hi,

Are you able to open the webgui page directly from transaction sicf in the system?

sicf -> sap/bc/gui/sap/its/webgui. Try test service and check if page opens fine.

i've exactly the same issue after upgrade from 4.7 to 6.05.

How did you solve this problem.

solved...problem was manuelly set paramater icm/HTTP/file_access_0, which causes that ITS does not find any MIMES on os level (SAP Note 1308846)
