Dear all

We have installed and impleneted sap Note 1757571 - SLA: Change of priority leads to incorrect calculation

Manual post implement says :

Generate BAdi Implementation for CRM_SRV_SLA_CALCTIME:

- Start TA SE18

- Enter the BAdi Name CRM_SRV_SLA_CALCTIME

- From the menu choose 'Enhancement Implementation' -> 'Create'

- Use a name in customer name space, e.g. ZSRV_SLA_CALCTIME and confirm.

- In the details screen enter the Implementation Short Text and switch to tab 'Interface'

- Change the Name of implementing class to 'CL_IM_AI_SRV_SLA_CALCTIME'

- Activate the BAdi implementation (lighted match icon in the toolbar)

- Enter the BAdi Name CRM_ACTIVITY_H_BADI

When i try to activate system asks me for the Access key. So it looks like we doing modification to standard object.

So we can't done post implementation correctly like in sap note, can anyone answer what sould we do?

Rise sap message or ? ...

Main problem is that we have always red indicators for IRT and MPT...with 100%.

Solution Manager 7.1 SP4 central sapnote  1633725 ver.26

Compared them there is now new notes for SLA in this central note, but there is separate note 1757571.

Hello, Dan.

Has your problem with 100% red light been solved with that note?

I've got a problem: when the message is confirmed by customer (in status Proposed Solution and Customer Action) - MPT jumps to 100%. I've raised an OSS message and SAP suggested me to implement Note 1757571 (at first sight description of this note has nothing in common with my problem - I do not have any problem with SLA recalculation after priority change).

Try this note

1674375 - SLA: Customer durations not applied correctly. Helped in my case.

What SP lvl?

I have SM 7.1 SP5

This note was implemented in the beggining of SLA configuration, but still I've got problems
