can´t implement sapnote during the solman basic configuration

Hi folks,

Can someone tell me what´s wrong here. I can´t install the sapnote with the sapnote assistante of the solman basic configuration. It just show me the NEW but can´t browse so i can choose the note to implement.

I´m following the Solution Manager 7.0 Ehp1 Initial/Basic Configuration and this is the step 17. I need this in order to complete my Service Desk setup.

Please check my printscreens for more clarification.

Hi Roman,

thank you for the help. my SAPOSS connections is not stable, it keeps giving me two different outputs check the printscreens.

And i believe that maybe the it´s a connections problem or not, please advise.

Hi all,

nobody can explain me what wrong here but no problem, I opened a message with sap and they told me that the problem still by they side and for the moment they are experimenting a loud on saprouter so I have to keep trying.
