Release strategy for PM order

I want to set the release strategy of PM order. Is there any standard way to set the release strategy on PM orders.

Hello,

There is no Release strategy in PM order like we have in Purchase order.

In PM order you can achieve the same functionality by using the Permits and also you can control through authorization.You can give authorization of releasing the PM order to one person,but that will be only one level of release.Also If planned cost goes beyond certain value the permit will get assigned to the MO automatically. But there is an issue with this, Like if you do any changes which will reflect planned cost it will not re consider it. As far as standard functionality is considered.
