Create New Common Division for sales order

Hi experts,

I have to create a new common division which can be used while creating new sales order through VA01. Now I m able to create a new division SPRO->Enterprise structure->Definition->Logistics - General->Define, copy, delete, check division path. But this new division is not showing in the Division input option of VA01. So please help me here if I m missing some other configurations.

Dear Vishal,

Please check that you have assign your desired Sales area or not in SPRO@IMG@Enterprise Structure@Assignment@Sales and Distribution@Set up sales area

Sales area consists of Sales Org+Dist Chnl+Div.

Thanks for your reply. I checked the settings you have suggested.

When I click and proceed for New Entries, I dont see the newly create division in the F4 search help for division. Also what is the org. object creation process ? and is it necessary to create a division ?

2. Setup sales area: OVXG

3. Common Division: OVR2

4. Combine Division: OVAZ,

Combine sales organizations

Combine distribution channels

Combine divisions

Assign sales order types permitted for sales areas
