Billing type

Hello Gurus,

I have 2 company codes 1000(Currency cad) and 5000(Currency usd)

when i pull report "maintainence of PSA data request" I get controlling area 1000 for billing type z500 for company code 1000 but

-Billing type z500 for company code 5000 doesnt show controlling area

-Billing type 2502 for company code 1000 doesnt show controlling area

How do i get controlling area listed in that report? I checked VOFA for billing type but i didnt got any config. related to controlling area.

Hi,

From your statement "maintenance of PSA data request", I am assuming you are using a BW rather than an R/3 report?

In any case, all Cost Centers are defined on Controlling Areas, so if in R/3 you should be able to find the relationship in table CSKS. If you are in BW, then Controlling Area should be a compound attribute of the Cost Center characteristic. (Sorry, don't know technical names).

If the data is not coming through, then you should check your master data loads for Cost Center, or maybe try (re)activating the master data.
