hI,
When I am saving a fWO/FO I get the below enclosed ,message:
"Retrieval of items for resolution base SERVICE failed"
I am using TM 9.0/SP01 system.Kindly assist how do I solve

Could you check if the charge type is linked to a service type in the customizing? In case it turns out that you have the charge type mapped to a service type in customizing, please check if you have this service type as item in the FWO item tab.

Hi Indraneel,
Check which items (scales) are referring to the resolution base of SERVICE. Also make sure that the resolution base exists and is properly configured in SPRO.
