Hello All,
As I am a System administrator of CLM, unable to cancel or closed or deleted agreement/MA.
Even I am not able to edit MA.
requirement - agreement is created under different user, so that agreement needs to be cancel or delete.
But I am unable to do so.
I am new to CLM with very little knowledge, experts guidance is desired.

Hi,
You need to be a Collaborator on the MA to be able to take any action. Are you a Collaborator? If not, ask the owner of the MA to grant you access to those MAs with read/write permissions. Also, most organizations have System Administrator listed as default Collaborator via Document Security templates.
Another reason could be that for cancleation / close, certain conditions need to be met such as today's date cannot be less than Expiration date. More info can be found in the help link available on the top of your E-Sourcing application.
