Hello,

You can do this with the help of copy control in VTFA where billing quantity will be "A" - Order quantity less invoiced quantity.

Please note that in VF01 click on the selection list to choose the item and quantity

You are creating Proforma invoice with respect to Quotation then why don't you change the qty in Quotation and go for proforma creation.

You seems to have some requirement which only be developed by some Z Customization.

Yes this can be done I have the experience also.Please talk to the ABAper and make a logic with combination of Sales document to proforma invoice which will be saved in a Ztable and design a Smartform for the same.

Why ,You want to change  "Quantity" in "Proforma Invoice" ? Instead of in Sales Order or Delivery.

Is there any scenario behind this new requirement.

coz customer wants to work with performa as the finalized deal
