Facing Problems in Using MaxDB Studio

Hi All,

I installed SAP MaxDB software package from the followin link :-

and had created a default database and admin user and then i installed SAP MaxDB studio.

I chose the default option for installation and it was just choosing "next" button for installation.

Now when I open the MaxDB Studio, after opening, a error dialog pops up saying  Problems Occured, Could not connect user.

And if I see the event log viewer, it says no user name given.

What can be the issue? Please help.

This issue got resolved. The problem was that, I had once installed MaxDB studio without installing the MaxDB software package and tried to use the studio. The Studio gave login errors that time because, there was no DB or user configured. When i had uninstalled the DB studio, and installed it after installing the software package, i did not remove the configuration files as well as workspace files stored in my user directory (C:\Users\<INO>\sdb\DatabaseStudio). So even though I had installed the fresh Max DB studio, it was taking the older set of configuration details. I deleted those files and tried reinstalling and it worked fine.
