Automatic Packaging Issue

Hi Experts,

We have completed the SAP 4.7 R/3 to ECC 6.0 update.

we are facing issue while executing the automatic packaging process. In upgraded system, for same material having two line items in Inbound delivery it is getting packed on the same PALLET rather than different pallet. This was not happening in the SAP 4.7 R/3 system. In SAP 4.7 R/3 system, same materials were getting packed in different pallet. for example

SAP 4.7 R/3

Line Item     Material No.     Batch           Automatic Packaging

10               A                    A1               PALLET_CL 1

20               A                    A2               PALLET_CL 2

ECC 6.0

Line Item     Material No.     Batch           Automatic Packaging

10               A                    A1               PALLET_CL 1

20               A                    A2               PALLET_CL 1

We have checked with SAP team and they have answered back that this is change in ECC 6.0 and this change is incorporated due to various customer requirement.

Request you guys to suggest any solutionof how to achieve the solution of same SAP 4.7 R/3.

Hi all,

this issue was resolved by getting pilot SAP note as there was some changes incorporated in package implemented in ECC 6.0
