Hi guys i have a ticket that i need to resolve and i need your help"

The current months to weeks disaggregation process is causing there to be twice as much forecast in the weeks

it seems like there is setting that has to be done in planning area not sure

Please check if there are duplicate/bad CVCs wherever you are seeing the doubling of forecast. This may not be due to time disaggregation from Months to week.
