Copying automatically sales order item text to shipping item text

Hi,

I would automatically copy a sales order item text to an outbound delivery item text

How is possible to do this ?

Hi,

Please follow the below steps

• go to Tcode VOTXN
• select Item radio button in delivery .
• Click on change mode
• Select the access sequence folder and create new access sequence ( or use standard 21 for material text)
• make sure to maintain Text object VBBP and Id 0001 ( with the help vbbp item text in sales order will copy to delivery item) and save

  

• go to text procedure folder and create new procedure ( or use standard procedure 02 for delivery item)
• Place Text ID( 0001) and Access sequence (45) in the procedure and save .

• Select Text procedure assignment folder and assign procedure to Item item category

I set up the copy rule of  "Material sales text" by trx VOTXN so that it will be copied from the text of the sales order to the delivery.

If I create a sales order in the printout the above text appears.

If I create the delivery with reference to the previous sales order the text has been copied from sales order to delivery correctly but I cannot see it in the printout of the delivery.

Can You help me ?

First you tell me that you are using the standard SAP Smartform for Delivery or this is done by some ABAPer.

I verified it seems a sapscript I can see in trx V/34 a Z program and a Z module

How can I add that item text ?
