System/Enterprise pwd is not known, as it was changed. how to reset it ?

I am new to CLM.

Users login through portal, as single sign on.

- I have system administrator rights, but still I am unable to do few things like cancel or closed or deletion of document(users wants to delete the document as it is created by different user).

- User added a collaborator to the document, but mail is not triggered to that user.

( for this I tried to check in system information, where daemons are enable) but I could not able to reach that place, as it is not apearing in my setup.

I don't have enterprise/system pwd. so, how to get it ?

At the time of implementation, it is been handed over to basis and then basis person left the job. so no idea how to correct it ?

Immediate help is needed.

Hi Quazi,

what you need to do in this case, is file a CSS ticket and go through SAP Support.
