Hello,
We are facing an issue with one user:
The user gets a SC approval mail. When he approves the SC, it still not approved. He has to go to SRM and approve directly the SC.
Do you have any idea about how can i analyze and solve this issue?

Which SRM are you using?
If SRM 5.0 please check note 1446379.
For SRM7.0 please use links on the report instead of buttons. Then check note 1682407.

Hi,
Does the email reach the SOIN transaction? Can you see any errors on the soin entry trace?
If entry is at soin, everything is fine on the trace you can debug this as per steps on note 1667378.
If the email is even reaching soin then please try by using links on the report instead of buttons. check note 1682407.
Afterwards retest.
