Sub agreement under Master Agreement

Hi All,

We are on sap sourcing version 7.I am testing some scenarios in trainning system.

We created Master Agreement with supplier X with line items and contract document to this. After 2 months due to some bussiness dynamics Buyer wants to negotiate further with Supplier by RFX , awarded supplier X again with new price and created a sub agreement under MA.

we found that Line items fields are not available in Subagreement after creation of subgreement.

Is this a standard that we cant see line items in subagreement. 0nly we can see line items in master agreement.

Hi,

This could be because the Line items may not be setup via MA types.

For doing this, goto Setup >Document Setup > Agreements > Master Agreement Types.

Pull up the relevant one and check the Line Items checkbox for the Subagreement. This will enable Line items tab to be visible in Sub Agreements.
